Design Studio

I am soooo very excited, I have been following some great groups talking about Cricut Expressions, and then Design Studio or SCAL, and I finally broke down and got the DS. Well actually... we got our Taxes back and hubby Spoiled me rotten over the weekend. He bought me quite a few Scrapping things, and the DS was one of them. I have been playing with it much of the weekend. Though really I did not get to start until about 9pm last night and then played with it till 2 in the morning, and it has done Everything that I wanted it to. Yes I did get kind of frustrated with it when it wasnt cutting propperly and had to walk away from it and come back later, but then it wasn't the fault of the Cricut or the program, It had been awhile since I had cleaned the bottom of the blade and it was Quite clogged up with scrap of paper, and as soon as I cleaned that out it started cutting fine again.
I made a BFFL Best Friends For Life Mini album, and I made some scallops, and I welded some words together for some Valentines day cards, and of course and sorry to say but at this time I do not have any pictures to show...
Well the buzzer on the dryer has finally gone off, which means it is time to go and change the loads and then go to bed, so I can get up in the morning for Work.

Yes Valentines day is coming. I have been having some fun creating some new things. I love how this turned out and wanted to share it with you, as well as my little girl. She has grown so fast, now instead of squaking like a duck like she is in the last picture, she plays on her computer, her doing her thing while I do mine. It is hard to believe that she will be in middle school already next year. Time goes by soooo fast.
I love downloading everyone elses goodies, but I also enjoy creating some of my own. I am just learning different ways of doing digital scrapping, but I dont put anything up here unless I like it.

The Snow Flakes QP

It has been a while since I have come here, it has been a busy busy school year. I have done alot of creating, though not much actually gets here as by the time I am done creating something it is time to go and get somthing actually constructive done.

I have been doing tons of downloading such wonderful Christmas Freebie scrapping items from all the wonderful digital designers out there and have used quite a bit of them only in my own scrapping, I want to print my pages out so bad, though I am without the ink to do so.

Halloween Kit Freebie

Off We Go a-Haunting LO and QP Freebie

Thought that I would share another Lo of dd, she is maybe 2 in these pics. She loved Raggedy Ann and everything about her, well so did momma at the time. And thanks to my sister we got our Very first Raggedy Ann, she is quite old, the Raggedy Ann that is. And currently she rests in a very special place on a shelf in my room.

The special Raggedy Ann that I am sharing with you today though is a LO of my dd, itching to go trick or treating, it was quite fun making the costume for her and getting her ready. She loved the pig tails but would have Nothing to do with having red blush put on her cheeks.

Cattz_Halloween QP Freebie
